What you need:

• a small buffing brush
• a creamy concealer

How to:

Dip the buffing brush into the pot of concealer picking up only a small amount of product. If you already use a buffing brush to apply your concealer, just use whatever remains on the brush. Rub the brush lightly under eyes to pick up any fallen eyeshadow or makeup smudges. For waterproof mascara smudges, remove with a pointed q-tip dipped in an oil-free makeup remover first, then buff it with the brush to blend the area into the rest of your makeup. Tag the brush along with you in your makeup case to easily clean up any smudges that might appear throughout the day.
