Ok, so in NY last night not only did it snow, but at one point it was hailing. I was well aware of this as it had woke me late at night ricocheting off my air conditioner. All the more reason why I am writing this post.
The cure for winter ravaged skin:
Weleda Skin Food
My well used tube
When the harsh cold weather leaves my skin dry, bumpy and tight. When it looks lackluster and dull, this is what I use to get it back. When nothing else seems to cut it, this is my savior. The consistency is like a salve, it is very rich and will take some time to absorb into the skin, but be patient and you will reap its rewards. It smells incredible and is full of natural goodness. It includes pansy extract, chamomile, calendula and a essential oil mix of lavender, rosemary and sweet orange oil. For a hand treatment apply and cover in cotton gloves overnight. This is the ultimate!
You can get Weleda Skin food at you local natural food store, at whole foods etc. Or at Weleda.com.
Have you tried Weleda Skin Food? What is your winter skin savior?
