The Radiant Crème blush in Disco Queen Gloria has a sublime creamy texture that blends out beautifully. It adds moisture to the skin, as well as a healthy dose of radiance. Disco Queen Gloria is a stunning rose shade with subtle golden shimmer. The blush easily builds for a more dramatic effect. The textural result is natural with luminous pigment. With a combination of natural essential oils, the Cream blush has a lovely calming fragrance that smells, of well, skin care. Feel free to apply the cream blush anywhere. It wears beautifully on eyes and lips as well.
Disco Queen Gloria is my first indulgence into the world of La Bella Figura Beauty and will certainly not be my last. The Cream blush is a pure gem.

Tom Ford’s Spring Makeup Collection features eight new ‘limited edition’ lip shades, along with four new Nail Lacquers. These Lip Color Sheers are a new formula for Spring/Summer have a sheer, shimmering finish. Tom Ford’s traditional brown retro-chic lacquered lipstick case got a makeover too.
Pink Dune instantly captivated me. I tried hard not to succumb to the allure of this radiant beauty, but I fell hard. This sheer peach shade contains a tinge of pink and a multitude of golden shimmer. The formula is creamy with a luminous sheen. It wears quite well and feels comfortable. The Lip Color Conditioners contain Tom Ford’s standard vanilla scent that isn’t overly fragrant. It easily layers for a bit more coverage without feeling heavy.

Tom Ford’s Spring 2014 Beauty Collection is the ultimate new release. The collection contains four Nail Lacquer and eight Lip Conditioners in stunning seasonal shades. The collection readies my spirit for summer with shades of coral, sand, skin and sunshine. Onto my picks…
First off, I must bring about attention to the exquisite white lacquer and gold packaging *swoons*. Incandescent #02 is the mere jewel of the collection. This metallic rose gold shimmers flecks of silver and gold in the sunshine.
I found Incandescent to apply rather easily, covering in one coat. Some streaking is only noticeable in natural and bright sun, otherwise it appears rather flawless. It dries rather quickly, which is probably due to the fact that it is a metallic shade. The formula wore a good five days, without any wear to note. As someone who often keeps busy with their hands, that is pretty exceptional for me.
If you are going to pick up anything from the collection, I would certainly recommend this metallic beauty. It might be the only accessory you need this summer. I also picked up a Lip Conditioner in Pink Dune (review to follow).

ILIA’s new ‘limited edition’ highlighter in Cosmic Dancer will deliver an enviable glow to your complexion this holiday season.
Cosmic Dancer is a warmed up version of ILIA’s best-selling Illuminator Polka Dots and Moonbeams. This golden-hued highlighter delivers the most believable glow as it nurtures and conditions the skin. Cosmic Dancer perfectly illuminates the high points of one’s face. Apply is to cheekbones, brow bones, cupid’s bow, bridge of nose and the inner corners of the eye’s. Cosmic Dancer is not well suited for paler complexions.
I suggest to hurry and pick up Commic Dancer before its gone. It is also available to purchase in a duo along with the complementing golden gloss in White Rabbit.

Newly released from NARS for Spring 2013 is the Velvet Gloss Lip Pencil in Cythère. Already a fan of the Nars lip pencils I was excited to swatch this shade from the new collection. There is something about the jumbo-sized crayon packaging that greatly appeals to me. Perhaps it is due to my brief stint as a ‘expert colorer’ during my childhood.
Cythère is a soft metallic rose with multi-colored shimmer. The formula glides on lips beautifully, leaving opaque color. It is not especially glossy but provides the lips with lots of shine and hours of wear. The formula remains firm inside the pencil packaging and does not become messy upon use or after sharpening. Nars Lip Pencils will fit in any standard jumbo-sized makeup pencil sharpener.
Cythère is gorgeous glimmering-nude when worn on its own. I can see paring it with a pop of color on the eyes along with a tan and some rose-gold jewels. Layering it on top of a lip color will add a lovely metallic finish and provide some depth, as shown in the last photo.
